1 The Scope of Application

B2 series product is our company adopts the international advanced technology design and development of hydraulic electromagnetic circuit breaker. The circuit breaker consists of a shell, an operating mechanism, a contact arcing system and a hydraulic solenoid valve tripping device. The e circuit breaker is used for overload and short circuit protection in electrical systems with rated currents from 1A to 50A, AC 50/60hz, rated voltages AC 250V and DC80V and below, as well as for infrequent switching on and off. It is widely used in computer and its peripheral equipment, industrial automation device, telecommunication equipment,communication power system, UPS equipment, railway locomotive, Marine electrical system, elevator control system and mobile power equipment.

2 Basic parameters

Maximum voltage: 277VAC   50/60 Hz,   80VDC.  Current Ratings: 1A to 50A. Auxiliary switch: SPDT,5A 250VAC, 1.0A 80VDC. Insulation resistance: at 500VDC, minimally 100 mega Ω. Dielectric strength: UL/CSA product, 1500V between the terminals, 1 minute under AC. Resistance, Impedance: Values from Line to Load Terminal‐based on Series Trip Circuit Breaker

Service  life:  The  mechanic  service  life  under  rated  current  and  voltage  is  10,000  cycles  (6  cycles  of  operation  perminute), and the electric service life is 6,000 cycles. 

Free  trip:  when  overloading  happens,  trip  has  already  been  formed  in  the  circuit  breaker  even  if  the  handle  of  operating device is forced to be held on the position of ON. 

Trip indication: when overloading happens, indicator of operating device handle shows the position of OFF. But, if it is half trip, the handle will be in the centre in the case of overloading. 

Operating environment: ‐40℃  to +85℃. 

Installation  requirements:  during  the  product  installation,  the  0.8‐1.0NM  torque  shall  be  applied  on  the  panel mounting screws (#6‐32 or M3). When connecting the terminals, do apply the torque of 1.4‐1.7NM for #8‐32 or M4 screws and 1.7‐2.3NM for #10‐32 or M5 screws. As for the 2‐pole or 3‐pole circuit breakers with  two  or  more  handles,  connecting  rods,  sleeves  and  spring  retaining  rings  on  the  handles  are  in  buck. Please put the axis and sleeve on the handle and snap the spring retaining rings on two ends after installing the product. Please install the product horizontally, and order the customized one if vertical installation is required.
